Pennies, Nickels and Dimes have a 25% chance to appear with a glow around them and grant stat boosts when picked up.

The stats granted are represented by the glow color:
• Yellow: speed
• Blue: tears
• Cyan: range
• Grey: shot speed
• Red: damage
• Green: luck
